I live around 20 mins away from nandhi hills and I have seen the hills maybe 2 times.
- It is sort of overrated for what it is. May be for folks who like to cycle up hill, it offers a great challenge. There are good temples like Rangasthala and Bhoga nandeeshwara slightly far away from there. I would prefer that over driving up the hills anyday.
  
  The Nandhi temple is just pure peace and calmness. I can spend an entire day on the grass just chilling.
