I wonder if they are starting to crack down on these sorts of things now they are seeing just how much damage the corruption has done to thier ability to wage a war. Starting small to set examples

I distinctly recall the US mandating a China-owned windfarm overlooking a naval weapons testing facility to sell. Having property near military facilities can let one potentially see what's going on there, have national security implications.
