Yupp, it's the business plot but it actually worked.
This is the consequences of giving too much power to the president. He can basically do everything he wants with a decree.
This is how the US has always worked. Rich people using the government for their interest and billions in subsidies. They are just taking it a step up by wanting to get rid of government workers and replace them with ai bs.
