Why didn't you preemptively renew? We knew this was coming.

I hate to play Xevil's advocate but you're likely safer without the identification itself. People are already being detained for having Non-Standard gender identifiers on their documentation.
Bottom line: That entirely depends on what you look like.
And for many, just as importantly, what you
wantneed to look like.
