Because it's generally considered one of the more rare movies that's hard to find anywhere. It was on a list with other similar movies recently so someone probably decided to YouTube it.
i was wondering if anyone felt this way to justify the rating that it got when it was brand new.
for me; it was boring af because it was nothing new, different, or radical; it was merely the reality that kids experienced in the 1990's and it's rejection surprised me.
30 years later and we still somehow STILL somehow collectively believe that kids don't live like this; i'm amazed.
