Look at female anatomy in a textbook and tell me what gland or organ excretes that much fluid from the urethra that isn't the bladder.

You are probably thinking of Bartholin's or Skene's glands, located by the vaginal opening on both sides towards the bottom and top respectively.
The Bartholin's are about the size of a pea and produces a few drops of fluid, like precum, and is analogous to the male Cowper's that produce precum. The Skene's are about the diameter of a pea but a couple centimeters long and produce a few milliliters of fluid and is analogous to the male prostate, that produces the majority of seminal fluid.
