Keepass, synced between devices with Syncthing
Another vote for Keepass and clones
Best solution I think, at least you know where the vault is stored unlike cloud services.
This has my vote, but with your own nextcloud instance for syncing!
I used to do it that way, but the Nextcloud instance was very fragile and cumbersome to maintain. In the end I switched to Dropbox. Must admit it's not my proudest move, but there's a point where I can work so much in something.
I have been thinking about finding a self hosted solution.
Been using Google drive to keep it synced. Will need to look into sync thing as gdrive isn't working great for it in Linux so far
I'd recommend it. Really easy to set up and reliable
