Hell, I think this is the powersauce episode but damned if I can remember the joke.

Oh no, an excuse to watch classic Simpsons, what a hard life.

  I think you're right, I seem to remember him reading it (the recycled newspaper part), and then goes "hmm Xiao ping zao died" or something
