NVIDIA Beta driver 545.23.06 released for Linux, plenty of new features

After being a little quiet for a while, NVIDIA released Beta driver 545.23.06 which includes a bunch of new features and a few bug fixes too.

Pro: My two biggest annoyances when using Wayland got fixed, which were no color temperature adjustments (Night light) and no G-Sync.

Con: Games now display frames out of order, making them unplayable.
