Eh... your arguement sound disingenuous here. It is absolutely possible to delineate the court of public opinion from the official court.
They both bear ramifications. They are also both capable of apt judgements, despite their flaws.
Edit. The push back in defense of LMG seems to he 'not enough evidence '. I will argue, again, that the whole point is that evidence comes after discovery.
If i were an employer in LMG's position, i would be propping up the former employee while also evidencing my lack of guilt. Linus is doing neither.
Can you link it? I have no idea what you're talking about. Based on how all his friends left him, I think that's telling too. Those people ACTUALLY know the situation
The video where he posted what others accused him of, and then straight up posted the full context of the conversations, with time stamps, proving they were making shit up. Those "receipts".
This is the internet, people need something to be mad about. I'm not saying LMG is in the right and totally fine, but as soon as it comes out someone like them might be bad, people just hop on. I'm waiting for their side of things to come out before really making any judgement. Things don't look good, but come on, they need a chance to be heard. It's just common sense.
I don't remember all the details of the Pro Jared situation, but as I recall he sent unsolicited dick pics to a (minor?) fan, along with a bunch of other unsavory shit. I also remember there being a good amount of evidence to back up those claims, including recordings and the aforementioned dick pic.
I'm really curious what could have come out that was compelling enough to completely exonerate him.
