Why do people still drive cars daily when bikes exist?

Every time I sit on a bike, my jeans tear.

I kid you not. Hired myself a bike after years of wearing the same jeans, and after just 30 minutes I got a new ventilation hole.
- What kind of jeans are you wearing? lol
  
  I've never heard of anyone having this issue and certainly never experienced it myself
  
  I dunno. I have no clue why. Nevertheless, I do experience it.
  
  Everybody carries a curse. This has to be mine.
- Don't wear jeans when you bike?
  
  Even then, yeah saddles definitely do cause tears, but even with super cheap pants I'd take me months of regularly riding with a pair before a tear would happen. Having it happen that fast is extremely unusual.
