I'm quite...conflicted...on the use of children that young in political stuff. With Drumps children at least they're older and able to be cognizant of their parents mental state and beliefs

It's worse than that. Musk saw what happened to that other CEO and is using the kid as a human shield.
Musk is the one who brought the kid into the equation, it's fair game.
That's kinda my point though, a teenager can recognize situations for what they are and take defiant steps if needed.
Like a teen is going to recognize a photo op as a photo op and will be able to either decide to participate or be defiant and not
A 5 year old isn't going to go "My dad's a Nazi, fuck his photo op I'm not going to the White House" he's going to go "Oh me and my dad are going to a house that's white! Cool oh there's people here fun! They're taking pictures too!"
Yeah, he gets to hate his dad later, like all his siblings
Unless he dies, as human shields tend to do - which I believe is the point.
