Those investigations had better be a lot more thorough than the ones done for bouf-boy Kavanaugh!
Just release the results of the investigation that he just resigned from congress to prevent form being made public.
Oh, when they don't confirm his appointment he will have resigned and lost his job, hopefully for good!
He resigned from the current Congress and was reelected to the next one where the Republicans have the majority
