"Now that we have all been cautioned in this committee hearing that the mention of Pentagon's Immaculate Constellation program could put us on a list," Boebert said. "Well, I already find myself on many lists, I'm sure, as I speak my mind often. So why not just keep going with it?"

Or (and I realize I'm playing devil's advocate here, but...) maybe she was being sarcastic about all of them? The fact that she referenced the outcome of the 2020 election (the number of votes Biden actually got) along with "the earth is flat" and "birds aren't real" makes me think she doesn't believe any of them and this is just bait.
She was being sarcastic in the sense she thinks they're all false. This includes the factual statement that Biden received 81 million votes.
