5 0 ReplyI assume so. Just compare the amount of resources both parties are able to invest in PR - if the Romans had defeated them, you'd have heard by now.
5 0 ReplyI thought Julius Caesar declared them gods after two of em completed 11 tasks, with a distant ancestor of John Oliver officiating the tasks, and then the entire village broke The Circus Maximus during the 12th task......

Not so much north of the Rhine, which still leaves a lot of Europe Roman-free.
