Lemmy is still a growing platform, and doesn't have the same number of people posting as a platform like Reddit. So let's try and change that! Today is weekly reset day, so post below about something you've managed to accomplish during the last week!

Didn't know there was a Lemmy community for XIV, glad to help livening it up.
I finally got all crafters and gatherers to 100 and crafted myself a full set of gear and tools. Probably not gonna bother pentamelding since we're already so far into the tier but it's nice to have all that armoury space back.

Definitely consider pentamelding your accessories though! 7.1 will likely only give us LHS gear so the accessories should be good for a couple of patches.
Failing that, just stock up on materia instead 😊
Good advice, I'm sitting on a bunch of old materia and should be able to do the "mid tier" melds from Teamcraft without spending much.
Something I realised too late to do anything about it was that I should have been stocking up on Vs and VIIs during the end of Endwalker. IXs less so because of Island Sanctuary, but I'm sure there were periods there after everyone already had their pentamelded Indagator gear where the price on those got cheap enough that it would have made sense to be buying them up in preparation for Dawntrail's launch.
Oh well, something to plan for this time around!
