Isn’t he ruining democracy by donating so much money?
What we want is money out of politics. That's the goal. But since that isn't currently the situation, then until that happens it's good for the non-fascist to get donations.
Additionally, if the point was to create a comparison to Elon, I would say it's not a strong comparison. They are both rich and can give a lot of money to presidential campaigns. Elon musk is doing this while he greatly altered the election integrity team on his social media platform, and is using the social media platforms tools to make it harder for people to follow one of the candidates that he doesn't like.
