I should have took a closer pic of the ribs and had an individual rib to should how it looked. But meh, you have to trust me it was definitely delicious!

What is everyone planning for the 4th next week?

  • I'm going to be smoking beef ribs. Two weeks ago I smoked a beef chuck roast. I shredded the roast and we had mini roast sandwiches with them. It was delicious!
