Does it get less painful as you get better at it? Or should I just wear a glove and a thimble?

Here's everything I intend to complete for the #fallfinishalong:
- Three and a half rounds and the crochet bind off left on my Niebling
- Another shortie sock to make a pair
- #ReynaKAL to block
- Sleeve of a test knit pullover
I'd also like to get two other nearly-complete but long-hibernating cardigans done. They'll wait until these four are ticked off the list.
Thank you @consumableJoy for your hard work in putting this all together 🥰

Hey @knitting friends I am facing a new problem. #learner #Newbie I am #knitting my cardigan on metal old size 8 needles (4mm) and now the back has grown a lot. I am getting #pains in my hand and upper arm. I noticed and stopped last night but still sore today. Obviously I will take a break until it heals, but then what should I do? Would swapping to circulars help or should I rest my knitting on a table rather than my lap or is there a better solution?

One of the items I'm most excited about selling: #pride flag purses! We've made #nonbinary, #bisexual, and #trans variations so far. They take about four and a half hours to knit, and they're very sturdy. I use one myself - it's lasted several years (and will probably last several more years).
