Upload image from clipboard for microsoft (like Opera's Easy Files)? (microsoft edge)

I absolutely need this feature. It allows you to paste from your clipboard pretty much anywhere in your browser. On Opera, it was built in, on Firefox, there is an extension that does the same thing. Cant find anything for Edge
