If those are right, my steaks are very underdone.
Well, there's "blue rare" too, but also those steak pics are all sharing the same half pixel between them.
what's "blue rare"? Is that like a shiny Pokemon?
essentially raw but seared on the outside.
That just sounds like rare/medium-rare with extra steps.
