Help finding an episode

I don't remember what Dan is talking about (I think it might have been gay marriage) but he says something along the lines of "Just don't oppose it. Just stand out of their way. It's literally the laziest way to be a hero."

I'm not doing it justice. Does anyone remember the quote or the ep?

I tried keyword searches of https://harmon.city but couldn't find it.

  • ChatGPT says it's from the episode "Ducks Don't Be Gay" and provided this transcript:

Dan Harmon: “I don’t know why you would be against gay marriage. I don’t know why you would be against gay anything. I don’t know why you would be against anything that doesn’t affect you. […] I don’t know why you would care. I don’t know why you would get involved. […] You can be a hero by staying out of it.”

Jeff Davis: “You can be a hero by literally doing nothing.”

Dan Harmon: “Yeah, yeah. You can be a hero by doing nothing. You can be a hero to the gay community by doing nothing.”

Jeff Davis: “By not being a dick.”

Dan Harmon: “By not being a dick. By not being a duck.”

Jeff Davis: “Ducks don’t be gay.”

Dan Harmon: “Ducks don’t be gay. Ducks don’t be dicks.”

    Audience: (laughter)

Dan Harmon: “I mean, look, I’m not saying that ducks are dicks. I’m saying that ducks are not dicks.”

Jeff Davis: “Ducks are not dicks.”

Dan Harmon: “Ducks are not dicks. Ducks are ducks.”

    Jeff Davis: “Ducks are ducks.”

Dan Harmon: “Ducks are ducks. And they’re not gay.”

    Jeff Davis: “They’re not gay.”

Dan Harmon: “They’re not gay. They’re just ducks.”

    Jeff Davis: “They’re just ducks.”

Dan Harmon: “They’re just ducks. And they’re not dicks.”

    Jeff Davis: “They’re not dicks.”

Dan Harmon: “They’re not dicks. They’re just ducks.”

    Audience: (laughter and applause)

Dan Harmon: “And that’s the message of tonight’s show. Ducks don’t be gay. Ducks don’t be dicks. Ducks are just ducks.”

While that seems plausible, ChatGPT cites the transcript as coming from a fan website that no longer exists, and claims that the timestamp is 00:17:50 which is incorrect.

The quote "Ducks don't be gay" is in reference to Spencer's summation of the naturalistic fallacy, and the rest of the episode doesn't seem to include the exchange from the supposed transcript.

Weirdly ChatGPT also says that the episode aired on June 18, 2013, when "Ducks Don't Be Gay" was released on Dec 6, 2018. That could make it "Us Of The Dangling Wee-Wee" instead but Dan is talking about his dad at that point in the episode plus it would be odd if they'd have referenced "Ducks don't be gay" almost 5 years earlier.

So all I've learned so far is just how unreliable ChatGPT is.
