Any team principle would do this to any driver in this situation. 2nd place in WDC and can't get into Q3 through personal errors this frequently is a problem.
Checo really needs to get back in shape quickly if he wants to keep the seat next year. He had a good start this season, but being out of Q3 so many times due to human errors is a waste to that Red Bull rocket.
