Inactive Magazine Owners

Apologies if this has been addressed and I know it's low priority.

Is there a system or plans for a system to pass magazine ownership from inactive owners or remove potential squatters?

currently, its by request made to the dev, Ernest. it can take awhile though. he busy
- Part of him being busy is that he's the sole mod of like 7 of the top 15 magazines on kbin.social (and 1 of 2 mods of another one).
I think for sure it should be considered even if in the future.
