What kinds of things do you guys listen to while drawing? I know music is the typical thing but sometimes I have to turn it off for when I'm doing something that requires focus. I like podcasts as well, but my guilty pleasure are super long iceberg videos.
I like listening to songs that are not too energetic but not too soothing when I'm doing art because it kinda gives me motivation to keep going on with my art while not distracting me. If I chose something too depressing (like Fallen Down OST slowed + reverb) or too much of a banger, then I'm going to have a hard time to do art
Besides from that, I just listens to whatever there is in my music collection.
depends, sometimes i just listen a walkthrough of a videogame (most of the time is Watch dogs 2), sometimes i listen some old episodes of some series that i watched or... just a chill/lofi playlist
I don't really focus when drawing, I kinda just let it do its thing 💀 and I listen to everything from 60 Minutes Australia (even tho I'm European 💀) to true crime
I do listen to music a lot, but when I really need to focus, oddly, I just put the same song on repeat really loud. Something about it helps?
Though I do like hearing talking at times, but it can never be something new, it has to be something I heard before.
