Looks like an airforce trainer, probably had some sort of malfunction. Looks like it landed back at Shepard AFB. I wouldn't worry about it, minor emergencies happen fairly regularly.
Migh be worth checking either or lemmyfly.org or mytransponder.com

update: when i click off the plane on flight radar it dissapeares
it may have crashed so more content for national geographic?
