If you found them totally normal I guess our definitions for normal isn't the same. That we have the possibility to send such alerts is a good thing, but the use of it this autumn was excessive. One time was warranted I guess even though that when we got it in Trondheim there was just a light drizzle.
Some context for non-Norwegians: It was used in large parts of the country to alert about extreme rainfall. Also reaching way beyond the areas that was in any sort of danger. There were multiple such alerts sent in a span of a few days. More than one the same day also.
Much of the rest of the world has been doing these every so often for years. They're normally announced in advance and I haven't heard of any severe mishaps.
I'm more worried about the fact that the timestamp is two months old.
