I found this one interesting. Here's the church account that is nearly always used:

"After reviewing the documents, Smith called them 'the best he had ever seen' but said, 'this is not what you want. Tell the sisters their offering is accepted of the Lord, and He has something better for them than a written constitution...I will organize the women...after a pattern of the priesthood.'"

This account is from Sarah Kimball's autobiography, but skips both the part about it being in the Masonic Hall above his store (the first ellipsis), and the part about being organized "under the priesthood" (the second ellipsis).

The account describes the cornerstone ceremony at the end.
