  • Lunch toastie: lamb, tomato relish, sauerkraut and two cheeses (chedder and an unidentified hard white cheese), on a dark capeseed bread.

    • Never heard of a sandwich with those ingredients and it looks amazing. Did you invent that?

      • It's a variation based very loosely on a Reuben sandwich. I find the sauerkraut works really well with those types of ingredients, and my current batch is made with some fennel which adds some extra depth of flavour too.

        • I was going to say post it on r/sandwiches but then remembered where I was lol. BottomRacer is right, you should name it. Its too fucking glorious to be anonymous.

      • It needs a name.

        I vote the Lambish krauter toastchee.
