I just shut down my Reddit. Farewell Apollo and u/iamthatis. You will both be sorely missed.

Anyway I’m here and this is my first post. I’m looking forward to seeing what Lemmy is and becomes.

Same. I’ll be on both until the 30th as I transition over here, but the day Apollo dies, I delete my 11 year old Reddit account.
- Me, too! Ill be sad to let it go. It has been a digital journal… but F reddit and the corporate greed it’s perpetuating!
I never thought of myself as a redditor.
