Nutella chunks in ice cream that doesn't freeze?

I wanna make some ice cream and have Nutella chunks in it. The problem is that they will become rock hard (right? I haven't tried it). I guess I could add the Nutella when serving but I really just want to make Nutella ice cream. Can I mix it with something to lower it's freezing point?
