i3-2120 w/iGPU - can it run TF2?

Per title, I'm going to use an Optiplex 790 that's been collecting dust in my room, with a lightweight OS and hopefully an SSD

BUT CAN IT RUN TF2?

TF2 is old! That CPU is too but hey, 4 threads, a reasonable clock speed... I bet with a few mods and a graphics config you can get it running ok.
