DP: shutdown by Amex in 2020. Just applied again and still banned.

I haven't seen a HP come through yet.
- Amex knows how to hold a grudge. P2 and I have been in popup jail for at least a couple years now. but we can still get around it for select preapproved offers. most recently, the Hilton Honors Surpass.
Can anyone provide a regions bank account referral since doc isn't doing a thread for that? TIA!
