At this point, it is kind of mind boggling. While I'm not 100% sure it's the ultimate answer either, why not at least try it? I mean it's not like what we've tried so far is working super well.
Yes I completely agree. I think of our great marijuana legalization and the predicted depravity that was going to result. It didn't. There aren't stoners driving all over the roads, causing mayhem and madness. Alcohol is still the killer to beat.
The drug black market thrives while our friends and family suffer or die.
It would be interesting to see numbers on how the proportion of overdoses has changed based on consumption medium: have prevention sites led to a significant reduction in overdose deaths for the mediums they permit, or is smoking just more dangerous?
