Four apartment buildings, ranging from 15 to 19 stories tall, are part of a $400 million investment at Mayfair mall over the next 12 years, according to our partners at Milwaukee Business Journal.

New renders just unveiled for the 900(!!) new apartments at mayfair mall. Looking pretty awesome IMO! What are your thoughts?

My hope this is the beginning of a change for this area of the city. I want to see the section of Mayfair Rd between Center and North Ave completely rerun with traffic calming tactics. Remove some lanes, add a boulevard and make this a walker frenziedly area. Especially with all the residential that has been going in around here.
- I agree! Really excited for more new towers & am hoping it spurs an urbanization boom in the area. It has so much potential!
