[Feature Request] Add Sidebar to Display Community Rules and Allow User to Subscribe/Un subscribe from Community

It would be very helpful if a user could open a sidebar to view the community's rules right from the app.

Currently, I think that the only way to manage subscriptions is to open my instance in a browser.

Edit: I was wrong! There is a little check box in the top right that allows you to sub and unsub. Thanks /u/darklightx!
