Oh my god I definitely want to know more about this image
It's a mountain pass overlooking on to city below. At that altitude, you are very close to clouds which also reflect light to give this an eerie feel. A very nice picture!
I like it, the feeling of being on one of those tracks on which you cant see any recent footprints all by yourself is weird enough. At night it must be completely eerie.
