Who let Kullervo have 385% critical chance that adds onto a melee's crit chance, and gave him old marked for death?
Also before anyone says it, there is no shot Kullervo makes it to level cap so this doesn't really matter. But it's still funne

Sire, excuse me asking if this is common knowledge, but how does one set Enemy Level to 9999?

Disruption, cascade and circuit scale very quickly. About 2 hours or less and you'll be at level 9999.
