I've always heard after breaking through, users will develop almost a disdain for all the little issues or worries. Like they understand a bigger picture. Very interesting if this is related at all to improving these symptoms of anxiety or depression
I've yet to take a breakthrough dose but sub breakthrough and (to a much lesser extent) micro dosing both improve my mood for 24-48hrs.
