Once the site has a slicker design, a true black theme (cause OLED phone), and the communities I‘m on Reddit for are here as well, I don‘t see why not. I‘m not married to Reddit or my account there.
Hopefully they differentiate between Dark theme and OLED theme. I actually like the default Lemmy dark theme on my IPS screen, but I agree that OLED screens deserve a true black theme.
