It's just way too bright and confuse nocturnal critters.

there really should be some regulation on these ><
- maybe the regulation is indeed there, just no one to enforce it.
- But these are approved by the government ( ._.)
  
  I am no longer against these billboards!
- Need somebody to die first, but even that is no guarantee. Lives are too cheap in Malaysia.
