Loud, sudden noises. I especially hate it when I know the noise is coming - so lightning, or someone setting off fireworks is triggering. Thank goodness for noise cancelling headphones.
So, my Lazada account was just flagged for what they said was violating the TnC. I'm not really sure what I did and I'm currently waiting for the reply.
The criteria, they said were the ff.
Voucher/Promotion abuse
Inconsistencies with the billing/shipping address
Payment Issues
Reseller activity
Breach of an obligation under the Customer Contract
Resolution steps on the user side could be:
Reduce the number of items in your cart
Order similar items from a different seller
reduce claim of voucher
try to check out without voucher
Avoid inconsistency with the billing/shipping address
purchase a different seller but same items or wait 24 hours before placing the same item since there’s limit per item purchase.
Before they sent this email, I clarified with them and they said it's possible it's related to collecting vouchers but not using them. And this includes collecting the voucher offered in the prompt when you open the app.
It's the first time I've encountered this issue in my almost decade-long use of the platform.
Did you encounter any issues in having multiple accounts or did you close your original one? I'm assuming you have a completely different mobile number associated with your newer one.
