Tenants often seem to move in during warmer months

I kept track of when other tenants were moving in and out:

March, june, june, april

There were a few interesting cases:

dec (within building transfer), jan 1 (due to breakup)

I suspect rental prices will increase in response to one of these but have not recorded prices around me.
