That article the other day talking about reddit going to paywall some features... There is no way that site is going to survive and keep a net-positive flow of users into the site.

I wouldn’t put Reddit on the same level as the other two, but the counterpoint is that their fuckups are so much worse and obvious that they’ve earned the spot.
It will never cease to amaze me that Reddit had struck gold as a source of actual puerile sharing sharing valuable information, and then they fucked it up and poisoned the well right when the platform they had became insanely valuable.
All they had to do was not be assholes, let people keep talking, and guard against bots and spam, which mods were doing for them with shit tools and almost no support. Genuine human interaction online is now a goldmine, and they squandered it with their sheer stupidity and short-sightedness.
