As browsing aliexpress, as one does, and found this little toy.
Picked it up for $50 usd with 10 test strips. No idea how accurate or precise it is.

I actually bought two of these meters from different brands, the sejoy unit gave me results, the other unit just said error.

I'm getting a real lipid panel done in a few weeks, I'll do a test draw on that day so I can compare.
