If you hired more people and paid the standard blokes $30 an hour for 30 hours a week, we'd all have more life in our work/life balance and literally no one would hate their job, and you'd attract more customers who want to do business with companies that treat their workers well, just saying bro, just saying.
I like it. People deserve more comfortable lives. Though I think getting that by appealing to the owner class is unlikely to work. If keeping people happy was profitable it'd probably be implemented.
My take is that you have to understand where your power is. Generally our main power is in our labor because that is what the owner class wants from us. So unless you intend to replace the owner class or abolish the system, organized withholding of labor is the most valuable negotiation piece you have.
