I woke up to an fb marketplace listing of mine going viral - 76 views and 11 saves in just a couple of days of relisting. This is a niche camera equipment btw, listed for 5 weeks already.
Sold it yesterday for well below market value. I should have deliberated the buyers offer for a bit longer and wait for offers instead of just saying yes to his lowballing and sell it to him… oh well.
Sorry to hear that... I tend to do that too! Especially when something been sitting around for a while with no bites. We've heard of buyer's regret, I guess this can be called seller's regret, haha
maybe i've been desensitised by too many lowballers, the moment someone acts decent I will go out of my way to close the deal...
I will be putting up another camera of mine to flip, essentially 50-70% of pure profit, here's to hoping that the market and its players will treat me nice lol
I looked it up and the strangest result appears: camel's nose.
Apparently it's a Victorian era, and Victorian made, idiom about an Arabian idiom of letting just the camel's nose in the tent, which eventually results in the entire camel being under it.
