My resolutions should be to try to get fitter/stop eating as much rubbish, stop engaging with the moaners in my work and continue to be environmentally conscious. We'll see if I manage them.
2024 has been one of mixed feeling for me so hopefully it's onwards and upwards from here!!
I got a phone call from my GP yesterday telling me that my cholesterol is up. I'll be trying to hit the gym more, I already eat fairly well, just gotta cut out the extra cheese and bacon 😢
I'd say mince is the leading edge of processed, not got any additives, but it's certainly not just a cut of meat.
I'd like to get to a point where I am able to do just a little of what I fancy, but if there's snacks in the house I'll eat them. Honestly don't miss crisps or biscuits much, chocolate a bit. When I'm snacky I grab some nuts and home made craisins (raisins from cranberries) usually does the trick.
