New Hawaiʻi County sustainability office officially established with Roth’s signature

The new office will work toward implementing policies and programs to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, promote renewable energy, enhance energy efficiency, protect biodiversity and fortify infrastructure against the impacts of climate change.
