Ethiopia has already banned sales of new combustion cars as of February this year.

- They banned imports. Saudi Arabia had plans for cheap ICE cars to help dominate Africa to oil dependence, but EVs and micromobility should win there. More expensive to have gasoline supply infrastructure than solar panels.
